Executive/ Sr. Executive (Reservation & Ticketing)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure that reservation & ticketing personnel is performing accurately.
- Work and monitor of reservation & ticketing of local & foreign Airlines.
- Manage reservation and handle customer needs for sales and service over phone.
- Inventory Management and maintain flight schedule (line Winter/Summer Schedule etc) to notify the customers.
- Conduct market research to determine the requirements for the customers need.
- Supervise Sales reservation team for smooth functioning in reservation system.
- Maintain good relationship with the corporate clients
- Monitoring review and report on all reservation for better Customer Service.
- Revenue management by RBD allocation considering market demand.
- RBD up grade/down grade as per instruction from Head Office.
- Information & notification provide to the customer in case of cancellation, delay and early schedule.
- Focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all branch and agents are following department and company rules.
- Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Online (web/e-mail) Support
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Age At most 30 year(s)
- The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
- Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
- Tk. 15000 – 20000
